MADE TO ORDER, PRE ORDERS & PRESALE ITEMS

Made to Order items are all carefully handcrafted in house in our Melbourne studio. Each item is individually hand cut and sewn just for you. Please allow 7-15 working days for its careful construction. That said, we all love new things and will aim to have your purchase to you as soon as we possibly can!

Pre order times may vary. All pre orders are placed together at the end of the Pre order time period. In accordance to manufacture time, and print time, orders will be comleted and shipped as soon as possible. An email will be sent informing the estimated delivery date. 

Presale relates to items that are 'under way'. Almost finished but not quite. Presale, just like stock are limited to the amount in the run, so get in quick. Presale items are usually within 14 days of completion, and will be shipped as soon as possible. If purchasing a stock item and a presale item both items will be shipped on completion of the presale.


PAYMENT METHODS

Payments can be made securely through our web store. We also accept direct debits, please contact us for this service and a corresponding invoice will be provided. *note: Production of order will not commence until payment in full is received.

SHIPPING & INTERNATIONAL SALES

All orders with-in Australia will be sent by Australia Post, Express Post service, with the exception of stated 'sale' orders. 'Sale' orders of Supporter range (or stated) will be sent via Australia Post regular post satchel. Sale orders will be posted within 2-3 working days of order.

For International orders without a shipping option, please contact us direct via sales@scottbenedictine.com and an invoice will be sent with the corresponding shipping costs. International orders will be sent by Australia Post International air mail. This service provides tracking but not insurance. If you would like to insure your order during transit, please state so in the initial email and the quote will be provided.

Scott Benedictine is not liable for any goods lost or damaged in transit.

Shipping conformation email will contain estimated delivery time.


RETURNS & EXCHANGES

Scott Benedictine does not offer return or exchange for change of mind. Please contact us at sales@scottbenedictine.com within 7 days if you have any concerns in regard to your product.

Scott Benedictine pays special attention to the finish and quality of its products and all orders are quality assessed before being dispatched. We will repair any faulty goods, but please note this does not include general wear and tear, or mistreatment of product. Please follow the care instructions carefully for the longevity of your garment. For faulty products, there will be an offer of repair/ exchange/ or refund. If you choose refund, the original price paid for the item/s, excluding the shipping fee, will be refunded to the payment method used for the purchase. For repair or exchange, we will advise you of the expected wait time. We will endeavour to repair and return, or make and send a new one as soon as possible.
